Exceptional service, great room and great breakfast. The staff was delightful! Hotel was clean. The beach was sandy. Variety of various drinks, such as smoothies, wines and beers in the bar.

Wi-Fi was slow, made me a little nervous.

individual rooms, comfy beds, particularly good location. and it also had delightful view. the beer bar was a plus. welcoming customer care too.

it was worth its 2 stars. wanted to explore zihuatanejo and this hotel was great place for doing it. walking distance to the beautiful beach.

We appreciated service and people, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like el gringo gordo that was only 20 minutes' walk away...
